We tried to figure out waht is going on in the heads of the Brittish and the colonists. Study guide 2 and your question homework was due. We talked about how the colonists sabotaged England's unfair trade, and we talked about the battle of Concord.
During the second half of class, we did an activity where we had assigned "countries" and we all had separate cases where we were trying to gain some sort of liberty from this country. We had to identify our case's values, rights and protests. Then we came up with three options, ranging from non-violent to very violent, of how we would go about gaining our freedom (or getting what's fair). We then talked about how our values wold be threatened and why our plan to gain freedom would be most effective. El fin. :)
